I am by nature a very indecisive person.  I’m always scared once I make up my mind and choose, something bigger and better is going to come along. I have a tendency to constantly second guess myself and I am much more comfortable with letting someone else choose.  So when my boyfriend and I decided to get married, I knew I would have a difficult time with all the decisions that I was going to have to make.  Thankfully my maid of honor had known me all my life so she did her best to help me with this.  She proved herself invaluable during every decision, from the working of the wedding announcements to picking out the cake. 

The key to her success was that she only ever gave me two choices.  When it came to the wedding invitations she first showed me beautiful white rose wedding invitations that I thought were perfect.  They were elegant and simple, exactly what I wanted.  But then she showed me frangipani wedding invitations and I knew those were the ones I had to have.   They were elegant and breathtaking and a bit whimsical.  From there the rest of the decisions were pretty easy.  I used the same flower for my bouquet and our centerpieces and we had dashes of the vibrant color everywhere.  It was perfect.
