I realized a while back that you need help to find a good place to live. Once I decided to move to Florida, I tried to find a place using the other methods you hear about all the time, but I realized quickly how unreliable they are. If I truly wanted to find Florida new homes for sale, I would have to ask some experts.

Those experts taught me some things I hadn’t thought of. For example, I could buy an expensive brand new house, and that would work well, or I had the option of buying a significantly cheaper less nice house and hire one of the Dunnellon custom home builders or Tampa custom home builders to fix it up, making it as good as the expensive houses but for less money.

By fixing up a poor home rather than buying a brand new one, I have the option of customizing it as I wanted as well, making it more than just a new home but MY new home – a place that was designed for me, that I can live in as long as I wanted to. Not a bad deal if you really think about it. Not a bad deal at all.
