Lack of Sleep in Driving Me Crazy

This isn’t fair. Joe and I had the most gigantic fight last night, and he didn’t even sleep here, he went to one of his friend’s houses. I don’t even know which one. I don’t know where he is and it’s totally killing me. Worst yet, I think it was my fault. I know I’m not supposed to admit that—according to my best friend I’m supposed to stand my ground. But I just completely overreacted. He came home later than he told me he would, and usually that would be totally ok, but I just completely blew up on him. And obviously, yes, that is a pretty strong indication that something was bothering me, but it all got completely out of hand because I’ve been so tired lately. I don’t think I’ve been getting enough sleep. I know it’s a lame excuse, but I have sleep apnea, and I know how much you can be effected by poor sleep. My CPAP machine and CPAP mask are still working, but I think they aren’t working for me, any more. I read an article about this new BiPAP machine, and I have to ask my doctor about it. Hopefully it will be that easy, and I won’t need some crazy new treatment plan. I’m going to have enough on my plate with intensive groveling.
