My husband and I were both graduating from college at on the same day.  We needed two diploma frames for our advanced degrees.  It was a big day in our young lives and we wanted to make sure our frames were something just as wonderful as our degrees!  The graduation diploma frame that I picked out was made out of a beautiful cherry wood.  It had a spot for a picture of me receiving my diploma and a space with a matte for my diploma.  It also was engraved with the name of my university and date of graduation.

My husband’s graduation picture frame was a bit different from mine.  He opted to get an oak picture frame with just room for a diploma.  He did not want an additional space for a personal picture.  The purpose of his frame was to highlight his diploma and not himself.  The diploma showed off the amount of hard work he had put into getting his engineering degree.  Both of these diploma frames will have a special place in our home office.  We have already picked out where both of our frames will hang.  I think they are perfect decorations for our wall.
